About The Space-RF Journal
"Deep signal in a noisy world"
Our Mission
The Space-RF Journal is a monthly publication dedicated to exploring the frontiers of Radio, Technology, Ocean, and Space. We bring together insights from practitioners, researchers, and enthusiasts who are pushing the boundaries of what's possible in these interconnected domains.
In a world saturated with surface-level coverage, we aim to go deeper—exploring the fundamental principles, engineering challenges, and human stories behind the technologies that connect our world. From HF propagation across the Pacific to deep space communications, from distributed databases to maritime autonomous systems, we seek the signal in the noise.
Our Principles
Technical Depth
We don't shy away from the math, the physics, or the engineering details. Our readers want to understand how things actually work.
Practitioner Perspectives
We feature voices from people who are actually building, operating, and researching these systems—not just observers.
Cross-Domain Thinking
The most interesting insights often come from the intersections—where radio meets ocean, where space meets technology, where old techniques solve new problems.
Long-Form Quality
We publish monthly, not daily. We take time to get things right, to explore topics thoroughly, and to produce content worth your attention.
